Pastor Jeff is a newly minted but rather old minister. Hot off the ordination presses in January, 2011 (yep, he was ordained the same day the Steelers punched their ticket to the Super Bowl!), Jeff had served as the Pastor's Assistant at First Lutheran for 16 years until he was called by the synod to serve at First. 
Currently Pastor Jeff works with the Youth programs as well as the Christian Education and Social Ministry Committees and Senior Fellowship. He's always looking for new ways to serve and continues to plan the yearly mission trips. He also works on the Synod's Children, Youth and Family ministry committee.
Jeff has a wonderful wife, Kari (he married way out of his league!), two awesome kids (Jordi and Sydney, who, thankfully inherited their mom's good looks!) and two small and rather loud dogs (Rosie and Chase).
